Re: Nida Core anyone use it for decks? Have you worked with honeycomb core composites before? Do you have a vacuum bag setup large enough to handle a part this size? Standard hand layup with a honeycomb will be frustrating at best. Balsa or structural foam core such as divinycell would be a better choice a DIY composite panel.
